Payment
Booking is recommended by using the online site. In this way, the booking is accepted at the moment of inserting the dates and the deposit is immediately available. It is possible to carry out payment also by bank transfer. Booking is confirmed upon the receipt of the deposit. The deposit should be received within 7 days from making the booking. The deposit required is 30% of the total cost.

Period of Stay
For the Chalets Self Catering basis, we accept only stays from Saturday to Saturday with a minimum of 7 nights. For the B&B basis we accept stays for the number of desired nights and the minimum stay is 2 nights.
For the pitches we accept stays for the number of desired nights.
Deposit
The deposit requested is 30% of the total cost. The booking is only valid once the deposit is received either via the online site, by credit card, bank transfer or by post within 7 days of the booking date.
Cancelations
In the event of having to cancel they should be advised in writing or email.
Within 30 days before the arrival day 20% of the deposit will be kept
Within 15 days before the arrival day 80% of the deposit will be kept
After 15 days 100% will be kept
In the event that guests arrive after the booking date, or the stay is interrupted, the client is required to pay for the entire stay. Late arrival time is 20,00 unless any difficulty is advised of by telephone. After which the management are able to reallocate the accommodation without having to advise.
Linen
For the Chalets Self Catering basis 7 night stays, linen is not included. Guests are asked to bring it from home or hire it on site. For the Chalets B&B basis 2 night stays minimum, the bed linen is included with a weekly change. Towels are not included in either accommodation however it is possible to hire them as per the cost on the tariff at the moment of making the booking.
Payment
The payment of the stay must be made upon arrival. The management reserve the right to allocate the accommodation at their discretion.
