Rules of Camping Scogliera Azzurra Briatico - Tropea (Calabria)
As we welcome you to Scogliera Azzurra, we kindly ask you to follow guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.
1. Vehicles
Any cars, motorbikes campers and caravans must always go at walking pace and give way to pedestrians when moving around the camp. We kindly ask you to avoid blowing up dust. If going around the camp by bike, speed must also be kept to walking pace. It is forbidden to speed around on bikes in the campsite. It is dangerous! The management disclaims any liability for infringement.
2. Daily Guests
They are asked to pay the daily tariff as per the price list, however this does not apply to brief visits of less than 1 hour.
3. Animals
Dogs and cats are allowed on site as long as the following points are respected:
The campsite is designed for people and domestic animals are permitted subject to the health and safety of the guests. Dogs should be kept on leads and their owners should pick up after them.
If any complaints are received from other guests because of dogs the management will remove the offenders.
4. Fires
Do not light fires unless in suitable clothing and stay away from trees. Keep them under control. The danger of forest fires is ever increasing. Do not burn wood on the BBQ but use charcoal instead.
5. Electricity
Electricity is provided at CEE regulation points;
A three core cable is required (with earth cable). Upon leaving the tent or caravan unplug the electricity.
6. Guarantees
The camp is insured for any damage that it takes to campers depending on fault handler (Liability).
7. Hours of Silence
In June, July and August from 24:00 to 7:30 and from 13:30 to 15:00. During the other periods from 22:00 to 7:30.
8. Electric Gate Opening times
from 7:30 to 23:00
9. Office Hours
Generally from 8:30 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 18:00. In high season the closing time is extended to 20:00. This can vary and notice of any changes will be given.
10. Payment Methods
Payment must be made in advance and renewed in the same way if the stay is extended. A deposit of 30% of the total is requested at the time of booking. We accept credit cards, bank transfer or via postal money order. The reservation is considered accepted upon receipt of the advance payment.
11. Notification Card
For the standards of Public Safety, each arrival must be signed in on a notification card. You must report any changes to your number of guests.
12. Departures
Pitches must be vacated by 12:00, otherwise you will be charged an additional daily supplement. Check out of the chalets must be between 8:30 and 10:00 in accordance with the reception opening hours to check the accommodation. Any check made out of hours must be authorised by Reception in advance.
13. Minimarket -Bar
There is an onsite shop and bar for guests. Prices are kept in line with the local shops. Pizza and other dishes are available to eat in or take away. Bread, pastries and typical produce (fresh mozzarella, salami, vegetables, etc) can be reserved for the morning by booking the night before. The opening times of the Bar/Minimarket vary depending to the season. The bar is a pleasant meeting place, from time to time there is also live music.
